SIMPLE SUPPER

Hoisin Salmon400g salmon steak1 red pepper

8 spring onions

250g pak choi

2 cloves garlic

fresh ginger

1 tblsp hoisin sauce

1 tblsp Patkas Mild Curry Paste

1 tsp olive oil

½ kallo veg stock cube or 1 tsp marigold bouillon dissolved in 250 ml water

1 tsp cornflour dissolved in a little water

 

25 g rice noodles per serving

  • Slice pepper, pak choi and spring onions
  • Add chopped garlic and ginger
  • Fry in olive oil until veg are just tender
  • Add hoisin sauce, curry paste and stock dissolved in water
  • Cut salmon into chunks and add to vegetables
  • Simmer for a few minutes until fish is cooked
  • Stir in cornflour and water to thicken sauce
  • Serve with rice noodles cooked as packet instructions
