Diana Green designs menus for fitness, running and weight loss camps.

During the camps clients are motivated and given direction to achieve their own personal fitness goals.  Although most people realise the important role that nutrition plays, they are pleasantly surprised to find how much they enjoy the food and how refreshed and energised they feel.

In response to the clients’ enthusiasm to make sustainable changes to their diets Diana started to design meal plans.  Aware that different lifestyles can have a huge impact on food choices and time available for food preparation the meal plans are personal, practical, achievable and enjoyable.
